We charge a flat $35.00 typesetting fee for all program orders. Please email us your proofread program wording and with reference to your order number. You do not need to worry about formatting your program wording prior to sending. Please do not turn on "ALL CAPS" on your wording. Just normal capitalization please. Email wording to: hello@paperwhitespress.com.

After You Place Your Order

Step 1

Once we receive your order, our design team will start the design process. You will work one on one with a friendly graphic designer who will be your point of contact throughout your experience. We call it proofing to perfection!

Step 2

We will email you a PDF Proof in 1-3 business days. We want to make sure your design is exactly how you like it. If you have any changes, please let us know and you will receive up to two complimentary updated proofs.

Step 3

Once you submit your final proof approval, your order will move into production. Nothing is printed without your final proof approval. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships.
